How we develop our Association Priorities
FCPC's governance structure is designed to engage members, be accountable to members and reflect best practices in association governance.
At the helm is a Board of Directors, made up of a representative sample of the membership. The Board is responsible for the development and approval of the association's strategic direction, as well as ensuring that priorities enable the association to accomplish its mission.
In addition, there are two policy committees which make recommendations to the Board of Directors: an Industry Affairs Policy Committee and a Public Policy Committee.
Providing input into the Board of Directors is a Board of Governors, consisting of up to 40 member company CEOs. The Board of Governors provides a forum to identify and discuss emerging issues and issues of concern for the entire membership.
